- Booking time = Service Day Allocation (not an exact time slot).
- Drop-off: Between 9 AM – 11 AM on the day of your booking or the day before.
- Same-day service? We’ll do our best! If parts are needed, repairs may take longer.
- Pick-up: You’ll get an SMS when your bike is ready.
- Time estimates assume no extra repairs or unexpected issues.
- Online bookings don’t get priority over phone or walk-ins.

Bikes can be dropped off the day before your appointment or anytime 9am - 10am the day of your booking. We are flexible, so sing out if this doesn't work for you.
All bikes are ready for pick up same day, unless additional work, parts or special work required.
Parts are in addition to the service price and will always be discussed prior to replacement.
You will recieve a text message when your bike is ready for pick up.
Sure do. We're happy to get everyone back on their bike quickly. So if it's a quick fix, swing by. If it ends up being a more complex job, it will depend on the day and number of bookings already in the shop. You can always give a quick call before you bline it to the shop.
